
Overview And Outlook Of The Company
The company, Grandhome Development Sdn Bhd (GHD) has been set up as a diversification and expansion vehicle of Red Energy Sdn Bhd to embark into the property sector.
Since incorporation, GHD has also built up a group of companies which are associated to GHD as subsidiaries, associate companies or strategic alliance partners, to venture and partake development projects and proposals, mostly in areas covering the three districts of the Melaka state.
The Group has thus far acquired several parcels of lands and taken up Joint Venture projects, detailed as below:-
a) Taman Sentosa @ Sg Baru Ulu, Pekan Masjid Tanah, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka comprising 16 units of single storey and double storey detached houses.
b) Bandar Jasin Bestari Phase 3, in Bemban, Daerah Jasin, Melaka comprising 81 units of double storey shoplots, three-storey shoplots and double storey semi-detached shops. The project is a joint venture item with PERTAM, a state agency.
c) Lot 1636, Mukim Sungai Baru Ulu, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka, a freehold land measuring 5 acres to be turned into a residential scheme of 50 units of single storey terrace houses.
d) Lot 1637, Mukim Sungai Baru Ulu, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka, another piece of freehold land adjoining the above measuring 5 acres to be developed into a residential scheme of 40 units of single storey link houses and semi-detached houses.
e) Taman Bukit Rambai Indah Phase 3, on Lot 4008, Mukim Bukit Rambai, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka comprising 27 units of single storey terrace houses and single storey semi-detached.
f) Taman Indah Phase 2, on Lot 2231, Mukim Masjid Tanah, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka measuring 2.6 acres comprising 25 units of single storey terrace houses, single storey semi-detached houses and double storey shop offices in a densely populated area adjacent to the Masjid Tanah township.
g) Taman Bukit Lintang Phase 2, on Lot 561, Mukim Bukit Lintang, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka measuring 4.5 acres to be developed on a joint-venture basis into a scheme comprising 30 units of single storey semi-detached houses and single storey bungalows within the proximity of the two schools and two existing housing schemes.
h) Lot 362, Mukim Kuala Sungai Baru, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka measuring 1.5 acres to be developed on joint-venture basis comprising 15 units of single storey semi-detached houses and single storey bungalows located nearby the Kolej Islam in the town of Kuala Sungai Baru.
i) Lot 648, Mukim Cheng, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka measuring 6.56 acres to be developed on a joint-venture basis into a scheme comprising 69 unist of double storey terrace houses and double storey semi-detached houses.
j) Lot 505, Mukim Krubong, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka measuring 3.24 acres comprising 27 units of single storey terrace houses, single storey semi-detached and single storey bungalows.
The Group is currently negotiating on several other development proposals with other landowners either on acquisition or joint venture basis to enlarge the land bank for continuous and sustainable growth.
