GHD was established as a diversification and expansion vehicle for Red Energy
Sdn Bhd, marking the company's strategic foray into the property sector. Since
its incorporation, GHD has not only grown as a key player in real estate but has
also built a robust group of companies associated with it as subsidiaries,
associate companies, or strategic alliance partners. These partnerships empower
GHD to actively pursue and partake in various development projects, primarily
focusing on the dynamic and high-growth areas across the three districts of

GHD has completed few projects as detailed below:
a) Taman Sentosa @ Sg Baru Ulu, Pekan Masjid Tanah,
Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka comprising 9 units of single storey bungalow
and 7 units of double storey bungalow, which has been completed on 22
July 2014.
b) Plaza Bestari @ Bandar Jasin Bestari, in Bemban, Daerah Jasin, Melaka
comprising 81 units of double storey shoplots, three-storey shoplots and
double storey semi-detached shops. The project is a joint venture item
with PERTAM, a state agency, which has completed on 4 February 2016.
c) Taman Permatang Ria @ Kuala Sungai Baru, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka
comprising 14 units of single storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit of
single storey bnungalow, which has completed on 6 July 2018.
d) Taman Bukit Rambai Seksyen 2 @ Bukit Rambai, Daerah Melaka Tengah,
Melaka comprising 24 units of single storey terrace houses, 2 units of
single storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit of single storey
bnungalow, which has completed on 14 August 2019.
e) Taman Krubong Jaya @ Krubong, Mukim Krubong, Daerah Melaka
Tengah, Melaka measuring 3.24 acres comprising 32 units of single storey
terrace houses located nearby Taman Krubong Jaya, Melaka, which has
completed on 11 May 2021.
f) Taman Masjid Tanah Bahagia, on Lot 2231, Mukim Masjid Tanah,
Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka measuring 2.6 acres comprising 16 units of
single storey terrace houses, 1 unit of single storey bungalow and 7 units
of double storey shop offices in a densely populated area adjacent to the
Masjid Tanah township, which has completed on 1 March 2022.
g) Taman Bukit Lintang Indah, on Lot 561, Mukim Bukit Lintang, Daerah
Melaka Tengah, Melaka measuring 4.5 acres to be developed on a joint-
venture basis into a scheme comprising 10 units of single storey terrace
houses, 18 units of single storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit of
single storey bungalow within the proximity of the two schools and two
existing housing schemes which has completed on 15 August 2022.
h) Taman Cheng Setia, on Lot 648, Mukim Cheng, Daerah Melaka Tengah,
Melaka measuring 6.56 acres to be developed on a joint-venture basis
into a scheme comprising 58 units of double storey terrace houses and 10
units of double storey semi-detached houses located next to Taman
Cheng Setia, Melaka which has completed on 7 November 2022.
i) Taman Paya Rumput Perdana, on Lot 242, Mukim Paya Rumput, Daerah
Melaka Tengah, Melaka measuring 4 acres to be developed on joint-
venture basis comprising 34 units of single storey semi-detached houses
and 2 unit of single storey bungalow located at Taman Paya Rumput
Perdana, Melaka which has completed on 8 November 2022.
GHD has a few ongoing projects as detailed below:
a) Lot 661, Mukim Kuala Sungai Baru, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka measuring
4 acres comprising 26 units of single storey semi-detached houses
located at Pekan Kuala Sungai Baru, Melaka.
b) Lot 11226, 11227 & 11228, Mukim Tanjong Minyak, Daerah Melaka
Tengah, Melaka measuring 3.85 acres comprising 24 units of single storey
semi-detached cluster houses and 2 units of single storey bungalow
located next to Taman Bertam Impian, Tanjong Minyak, Melaka.
c) Lot 415, Mukim Kuala Sungai Baru, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka measuring
3.26 acres comprising 20 units of single storey semi-detached houses
located next to Taman Permatang Ria, Kuala Sungai Baru, Melaka.
GHD has thus far acquired several parcels of lands, detailed as below:-

located next to Taman Bekoh Jaya, Melaka.
b) Lot 241-244, Mukim Krubong, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka, spans 12
acres and features a thoughtfully designed residential development. It
includes 58 units of double-storey terrace houses, 22 units of single-
storey semi-detached houses, 5 units of single-storey bungalows, 18 units
of single-storey affordable houses, and 20 units of single-storey low-cost
houses. Strategically located next to the thriving One Krubong area in Melaka, this development aims to offer a diverse range of housing
options, catering to various lifestyle needs and income levels, while

collaboration between GHD and Serta Lega Development Sdn Bhd, a
distinguished subsidiary of NKS Development Sdn Bhd. This partnership
focuses on transforming GHD's land holdings into a premier residential
community.
