He is also the founder and Managing Director of RESB, GHD's parent company, which was established in 1983. Under his visionary leadership, RESB has grown into a leading provider of trading and engineering services for various industries, particularly in the cement industry, quarries, power plants, and other industrial sectors.

RESB’s headquarters is strategically located in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor, providing a strong operational base for its extensive reach. The company has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality products and services, which are organized into four major categories: Belt Conveyor Systems, Lubrication & Power Transmission, Protective Castable & Linings, and Plant Upgrading. Mr. Tan W.T PJK, Executive Director

Mr. Tan W.T, aged 43, is an Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (First Class Hons.) degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His extensive career began at a Civil and Structural Consulting firm in Melaka, where he gained foundational experience in engineering design and structural analysis. He later advanced to the role of Project Manager in a construction company, overseeing critical aspects of project execution.

His career continued to flourish with significant positions at Emerald Park Sdn. Bhd. and Hillpark Development Sdn. Bhd., both subsidiaries of Gromutual Berhad, a publicly listed company on Bursa Malaysia. During his tenure, Mr. Tan was actively involved in the full spectrum of project development, managing residential, commercial, and high-rise apartment projects. His responsibilities included project planning, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhered to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

As an Executive Director at GHD, Mr. Tan plays a crucial role in steering the company's strategic direction and operational execution. His duties encompass:

Mr. Yap, aged 65, holds the position of Director at GHD and serves as the Executive Director of RESB. He embarked on his career with Red Energy in 1983 as a Sales Executive and was elevated to the role of Executive Director in 1986, a role he has diligently held ever since.

In his capacity as Executive Director, Mr. Yap is responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's daily operations. His role encompasses overseeing the smooth functioning of various business units, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the company's strategic initiatives.
